Louise Jackson has been painting since 1965.
She is a multi-media artist and works in watercolors, acrylics, oils, and inks.
She has authored 24 painting instructions books showcasing her portrait, floral, landscape, and still life designs and has also published a coloring book.
Throughout her career, she has been featured on the cover and in the pages of numerous magazines. She is a signature member of the Dayton Painters and Sculptors, the Western Ohio Watercolor Society, and is a master decorative artist with the Society of Decorative Painters. She has also served as a judge and has been the recipient of the Dedicated Service Award.
Add to that Louise was a featured artist on several T.V. shows. Her work is showcased in many private and corporate collections and is on display at the Decorative Arts Collection Museum in Witchita, Kansas and the Smithsonian.
Louise has enjoyed teaching throughout the United States and in Italy, Japan, Canada, and Argentina but has retired from travel teaching. She is excited to continue teaching her students online.
