Daisies and Plums

Learn how to paint a lovely painting featuring pretty white daisies, purple plums, and purple ribbons with instructor and Master Decorative Artist, Louise Jackson.

In this online painting class, Louise will walk you through the step-by-step process starting with painting a simple background speckled with spots created by adding salt to the wet paint. You'll learn to create white daisy petals with blue and magenta shadows. You'll also learn how to make plump round purple plums and whispy purple ribbons.

You can use watercolors as Louise does in the class or acrylics. If you haven't used Louise's watercolor techniques with acrylic paint, be sure to check out any of her acrylic classes.
